Meet the Staff

Rick Cordrey graduated from the University of Delaware in 1977 with a degree in ornamental plant science. He is the President and co-owner of RSC Landscaping LTD. He is considered by many to be the true backbone of the company. With over twenty years of experience, Rick has turned a sixteen acre farm into one of the largest and most well respected landscaping companies in Delaware. He has been featured in numerous magazines for his unique ability to create designs that truly transform his customer’s landscapes. The abundant knowledge he has accumulated over his career along with his continued education in the industry has allowed him to become one of the premier landscape designers in the region.

Stephen Cordrey is the Vice President and co-owner of RSC Landscaping LTD. He is known for his strong work ethic and ability to get things done. Steven specializes in the operation of heavy equipment which is a vital component of the landscaping process. He has become an important part of the hardscaping team and has recently become Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute certified.  

Chris Cordrey graduated from the University of Delaware in 2010 with degrees in both Marketing and Business Management. He is the Head of Operations for the landscaping division where he focuses on the day to day operations. As a second generation family member, Chris helps to ensure the longevity of RSC Landscaping LTD. His “new school” way of thinking and business background has helped to bring in a fresh set of ideas on how to improve upon an already thriving business.

Sharon Jones is the administrative assistant at RSC Landscaping LTD. Sharon's pleasant demeanor and extensive knowledge make her the go-to person for clients with questions. Before joining the office staff Sharon worked in the field for RSC for several years and her first hand experience makes her a tremendously valuable resource for our clients. Sharon also does a lot of behind the scenes work that allows RSC Landscaping to continue to run smoothly.  

Clint Lutz graduated from Delaware Technical College in 2007 with a degree in Turf Management. He is the manager of the Irrigation Department for RSC Landscaping where he oversees the installation and maintenance of hundreds of irrigation systems. Clint is also very talented in many other aspects of the business including hardscaping, where he recently became Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute certified.

Brent Parsons graduated from the University of Delaware in 2004 with a degree in Plant Science.  He is the manager of the Hardscaping Department at RSC Landscaping and is also Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute certified.  His main task is to oversee the installations of a variety of hardscaping projects.  Brent has done a great job heading one the most popular and quickly expanding departments at RSC Landscaping. Brent can transform your outdoor space into a remarkable outdoor living area. His ability to plan and construct anything from paver patios to outdoor kitchens ensures RSC is capable of installing any hardscaping project you can imagine.

Stan Figueroa graduated from Wilmington University in 2010 where he received a degree in psychology. He is the manager of the Lawncare Department at RSC Landscaping. The RSC Landscaping lawncare program along with Stan’s precision during the application process can transform your lawn from a weedy mess to a green and lush lawn that looks like it belongs on a golf course.

Eric Grabowski is what we consider a Jack of all Trades. The skills he has developed throughout his career allow him to accomplish any task. Eric is the manager of the Landscape Install Division at RSC Landscaping and is responsible for a variety of plant installs. His knowledge of plants makes him a valuable resource to our clients.  

Sandy Santarelli is the head of the Full Maintenance Division at RSC Landscaping where she oversees the maintenance of hundreds of commercial and residential properties. With her years of experience and extensive knowledge of pest control, fertilization, pruning, weeding, etc., she is the ideal person to ensure that your landscape is properly maintained.

Don Johnson is our crew leader in charge of mulch installation and heavy trimming. He's been with RSC for many years and has a great deal of experience in many aspects of landscape maintenance. He's known to always go the extra mile for our customers!
