Rick Cordrey

Rick graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in ornamental plant science. He is the President and co-owner of RSC Landscaping LTD. He is considered by many to be the true backbone of the company. With over twenty years of experience, Rick has turned a sixteen acre farm into one of the largest and most well respected landscaping companies in Delaware. He has been featured in numerous magazines for his unique ability to create designs that truly transform his customer’s landscapes. The abundant knowledge he has accumulated over his career along with his continued education in the industry has allowed him to become one of the premier landscape designers in the region.

Chris Cordrey

Chris graduated from the University of Delaware in 2010 with degrees in both Marketing and Business Management. He is the Head of Operations for the landscaping division where he focuses on the day to day operations. As a second generation family member, Chris helps to ensure the longevity of RSC Landscaping LTD. His “new school” way of thinking and business background has helped to bring in a fresh set of ideas on how to improve upon an already thriving business.

Stephen Cordrey

Stephen is the Vice President and co-owner of RSC Landscaping LTD. He is known for his strong work ethic and ability to get things done. Steven specializes in the operation of heavy equipment which is a vital component of the landscaping process. He has become an important part of the hardscaping team and has recently become Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute certified.

Corinne Glenn

Corinne Glenn is the Operations Manager at RSC Landscaping, Ltd. Corinne studied at University of Delaware and Delaware Tech, and has over twenty years of experience in accounting and administration.

Clint Lutz

Clint graduated from Delaware Technical College in 2007 with a degree in Turf Management. He is the manager of the landscaping Department for RSC Landscaping where he oversees the installation of hundreds of landscaping jobs. Clint is also very talented in many other aspects of the business including hardscaping, where he recently became Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute certified.

April Starkey

April graduated from the University of Delaware in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology then again in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Horticulture. She obtained a certificate in sustainable landscaping from Delaware Technical and Community College in 2013. She has worked professionally in horticulture for over 13 years in maintenance, production, and interiorscaping including working for Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA. She also worked on the University of Delaware exhibit in 2011 at the Philadelphia International Flower Show. April joined the design team in February of 2014 and is excited to utilize her horticultural experience and education to create functional and unique landscapes.

Cherie Gilmore

Cherie graduated in May 2016 from Del-Tech community college in Georgetown, DE with an associate degree in Landscape & Ornamental Horticulture. She achieved a perfect 4.0 throughout the program and Del-tech named her Outstanding Student for the Landscape & Ornamental Horticulture program, while also attending an in-depth short course study in Landscape Design at Longwood Gardens. Cherie started as a designer in December of 2015 with RSC, she is pleased to find a wonderful opportunity to do what she loves.

Mark Voelkel

Mark graduated from the University of Maryland in Landscape Design and Horticulture. Mark has been hands on designing, building, and managing projects now for over 35 years, 30 of those years in the Maryland area. Some of Mark’s work and passion for the landscape design/build field has been acknowledged in the way of awards and magazine publications over the years. Mark joined the RSC team in 2016, and has since shared his passion for design/build, and his love for stone (boulders in particular) in the landscape. He looks forward to making his mark on behalf of the company, for years to come.

Lance Mears

Lance Mears graduated from the University of Delaware in 2015, with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. He is the Landscape Maintenance Department Manager where he oversees the Lawncare Department, Mowing Department, Mulch/Trimming Department, Full Maintenance Department, and Watering Department. He enjoys keeping customers' new/existing landscape in excellent condition during all seasons of the year.

Stacie Johnson

Stacie joined RSC Landscaping's design department in February 2021, after spending 6 years with the company at our garden center. The experience gained as a member of the sales team at East Coast was invaluable and inspired her to pursue a career in landscape design. She is native to Sussex County and still marvels daily at its natural beauty and wildlife. With a passion for the environment, she strives to create landscapes to benefit both people and nature.

Kenly Velasquez

Kenly received her Associates Degree in Ornamental/Horticultural Landscape at Del-tech in May 2018. Furthering her education, she received her Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Delaware in May 2022. She joined the East Coast Garden center family in April 2022, and then in August 2022, she joined the RSC Landscaping Design team.
